Turbulent (droplets) small sculpture made from vitreous enamel on laser cut steel is part of Beate's ongoing Water Series, The River Project. The works by Beate engage with ideas of place, identity, dislocation and belonging, language, the small wearable and architectural space. Her materials – vitreous enamel on steel, patinated, etched copper and brass as well as paper – bring to life meditations on landscape, movement, rhythms and water.
