Handmade textile sculpture of a life size fallow deer by textile artist Helly Powell of Fauxidermy. This collection is inspired by Helly's walks in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Helly was drawn to this particular part of the Llanthony valley and its view from the Abbey, which is the inspiration behind the cloth. Crowning the top of the valley you will find a hill alight with the copper tones of Bracken leading down into the reds and greens of the ever changing woodland.
This piece has Faux hand sculpted antlers.
