Tutor: Suzie Horan - jeweller and guild member.
Suzie will show you how to design and maker a copper pendant and a copper window decoration in this half day workshop.
Working with 2mm wide copper wire, coloured cotton cord for the pendant and coloured ribbon for the window decoration. Embellishments such as fancy beads with metallic accents and upcycled chandelier droplets are also provided (you are welcome to bring along some of your own favourite beads if you wish).
During the workshop you'll have the opportunity to learn basic design, measuring, cutting, bending & forming, soldering, filing, making cold connections with beading wire and polishing.
