About
Willow bark can be harvested in early summer to produce a beautiful strong and attractive weaving material. On this course you will learn how to harvest and prepare bark for weaving and use last year's harvest to weave a beautiful and useful round or square container.
You will also be able to explore and incorporate other natural materials such as Day Lily, English Rush and Linen thread if you wish!
All materials and equipment will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own pair of sharp secateurs.
Suitable for beginners level.
